Our Story

BAR-DOO, the intimate bistro at Maison Pjure 

​

Inspired by the timeless elegance and effortless charm of  Brigitte Bardot, Bar Doo is where vintage chic meets modern nights .

Think effortless style, golden hour vibes, and a touch of  Saint-Tropez mischief.

Our private Chef works with the classic French Table d'hôtes tradition, one thoughthfully composed 5 course menu that changes every day.

We are not a restaurant in the "conventional sense", and that is why the menu cannot be changed or adapted  .

Some days it is fish , other days meat, and sometimes purely vegetable.

The menu is guide by the seasons, the finest European imports,  herbs and vegetables mostly from our organic garden and orchard ( which you can stroll through.)

The owners , Mediterranean by origin , bring the warmth and generosity of that culinary culture to every plate.

Each day's menu carries their personal signature, you could say it is simply what they themselves are cooking and eating, This is the very definition of Table d'hôtes.

If our menu of the day does not appeal to you , you may prefer it another day.

For guests with strict specific requirements such as gluten free, Halal or Kosher , there are many restaurants in town where dishes can be ordered individually

Every menu is prepared  fresh on the day itself ( also our bread & pastries ).

Once the numbers are confirmed we begin the day's preparation.

We hold a full liquor license and offer a considered selection of quality wines to accompany the menu

BAR- DOO  is open daily on reservation and for dinner only.
